ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding client requirements, job description and Tech stack.
- Sourcing profiles using (Naukri, monster, LinkedIn, Indeed) as per requirement.
- Getting approval and processing the candidates for interviews and updating the status in j2w offer letter tool.
- Scheduling interviews and Handling END-END IT Recruitment (Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, doing follow-up, document collection and onboardings).
