TEN: Marketing

Internship Remote Fresher  BBA/MBA

Responsibilities:
*identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans.
*manage different online sourcing platforms for recruitment.
*review applications and interview processes.
*coordinate with the candidates proactively.
*develop recruitment related documents.
*support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
*provide counselling on policies and procedures.
*be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
*create and implement effective onboarding plans.
*develop training and development programs.
*assist in performance management processes.

Skills required:
*Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.
*superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads.
*Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations .
*Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and organized.
*Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
*Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
*Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
*Ability to manage complex projects and multitask. Excellent organizational skills.
*Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
*Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
*comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
